PRICING / PAYMENTS

All pricing/payments will be set for each individual service/product provided by Myrtle Road.

At the time of purchase the conditions of payment will be communicated via invoicing or as set out on the website at check out.

Myrtle Road reserves the right to increase prices based on rises passed on by suppliers or subsequently through rises in costs associated with providing such service/product.

CANCELLATION OF WEBSITE ORDERS

Should you need to cancel your website order, please contact Myrtle Road either by phone or email within 24hours of placement of order.

We are unable to cancel orders after this 24 hour window as they may have already been created and are in the process of being packaged and sent so no refunds will be due or payable by Myrtle Road if this is to be the case.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please contact Myrtle Road either by phone or email if you have a queries relating to returns or refunds.

Returns are only applicable to any standardised products sold on Myrtle Roads website, but not applicable to any floral arrangements or other services including but not limited to – Consultancy, Coaching or Geomancy Services.

NO GUARANTEES

Myrtle Roads role with relation to any coaching services is to support and assist you in reaching your primary goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual.

With respect to Geomancy services, as this is a healing-based modality and may be subject to a person’s belief system, we do not claim to fix a person’s life through healing of the land. The healing is designed to restore the natural flow and energies within the land and as a consequence a client may feel more balanced and harmonious. This flow on effect may definitely play a role in lifting the energy in one’s life and home or business.
