Honestly, there are many other things in our business that we are concentrating on other than what’s going right and what’s not.
Just keeping up day to day and making money to keep the business turning over and paying wages and bills is constantly on our minds.
In saying this, sometimes it is good to make time to step back and ask yourself some questions.
Like many of you at times, I have been completely floored by business stress and have asked myself the question, why am I doing this, what am I doing wrong, where can I find more hours in the day, how can I fix the problems and keep myself sane?
Looking at the driving force behind our business can be critical. Maybe this is all we know how to do or maybe we just don’t have enough head space for any other thoughts on how to improve things.
There are other ways to deal with it all.
Change management and stress management can be key to clearing our heads to learn new ways of making our business better.
Change and stress management go hand in hand. The way we deal with our time and problems on a daily basis directly impact on how smooth running things are and how cost effective our work is.
These are areas that can be improved simply with a little help.
So then why spend the money to get help if it is so simple to change things?
